Good to know

Frequently asked

The things Bangalore couples want to know before booking their wedding photographer — from pricing and delivery to travel and what each collection includes.

What areas do you cover, and do you travel for destination weddings?

We are based in Bengaluru and shoot weddings across all of India. For celebrations within Bengaluru there is no travel charge. For destinations outside Bangalore, travel and stay are billed at actuals. We regularly cover Mysuru, Coorg, Goa, Kerala, Chennai and Hyderabad, and we are happy to travel further for the right wedding.

How much does wedding photography cost in Bangalore?

Our collections start at ₹20,000 for a pre-wedding shoot, ₹50,000 for single-day candid coverage or a cinematic film, and ₹1,50,000 for full multi-day wedding coverage with a film and heirloom album. Every wedding is different, so we tailor a quote to your functions, days and deliverables. Share your details on the contact page or call us for an exact proposal.

What is included in a full wedding coverage collection?

Full coverage includes a lead photographer, a second photographer and a cinematographer, multi-day coverage across all your functions, a cinematic wedding film, 600+ edited images, a premium heirloom album.

How soon will we receive our photos and film?

A teaser reaches you within 48 hours of the wedding. The full edited gallery is delivered in 7 Days, and the cinematic film follows in 2 weeks. We never rush the colour grading and editing, because these are images you will keep for a lifetime.

How do we book and reserve our wedding date?

A signed agreement and a 40% retainer secure your date. The balance is split across milestones leading up to the wedding. Reach out through the contact page first so we can confirm availability for your date before you commit.

Do you shoot both candid and traditional photography?

Yes. Our approach is candid-led, with a traditional layer underneath. A second photographer handles the formal family frames and ritual coverage so nothing is missed, while the lead photographer follows the emotion. You get the album your family wants and the film you will actually rewatch.

Can we customise a collection to fit our budget?

Absolutely. Every wedding is different. Tell us your functions, priorities and budget and we will tailor a collection — for example, a shorter pre-wedding shoot, single-day instead of multi-day coverage, or a highlight film instead of a full feature. We are always transparent about what each option includes.

Do you provide cinematic wedding films, or only photography?

Both. Our cinematic wedding film collection includes 4K cinematography, a 3 to 5 minute highlight film, a full ceremony edit, drone coverage and music. Films and photography are coordinated as one team so they complement rather than compete.

How many photographers will be present on the day?

For full wedding coverage we send a lead photographer, a second photographer and a cinematographer. Larger or multi-venue celebrations may add a third photographer. We will recommend the right team size once we understand your guest count and ceremony plan.

What happens if a photographer or camera fails on the day?

Every photographer carries professional backup equipment — duplicate camera bodies, lenses, memory cards and lighting. Memory cards are backed up twice during the day. A single equipment failure never puts your photographs at risk.

Do you offer pre-wedding and engagement shoots?

Yes. Our pre-wedding collection includes a half-day shoot, location scouting, 80+ edited images, a short teaser reel and outfit styling guidance. It is the perfect warm-up before the wedding and helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

How do we get in touch, and how quickly will you reply?

Use the contact page, call us on +91 9902012394, or email info@fotovibez.com. We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with availability and a tailored quote. The more you can tell us about your date, venue and functions, the more precise our proposal will be.
